Exchange Resources Inc., 8370 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 209, Los Angeles 90211, provided a loan of $550,000.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 350-472-11-05) was 7415 Girard Avenue, LLC, a California limited liability company, Eitan Tashman manager.
The unit was originally sold in June 2007 for $598,000.
La Jolla Marketplace consists of 14 residential units and seven ground-floor commercial units.
In mid-2006, a 1,357-square-foot commercial unit (assessor's parcel 350-472-11-07) at Marketplace was sold for $972,000. At that time, the unit was leased to Nail Time Salon.
