The buyer was Old Grove Properties LLC, a California limited liability company, P.O. Box 2110, Julian 92036, headed by Frank Dornon and Misty Dornon.
The acquisition was financed with loans of $365,000 and $165,000 from private parties.
The sellers were Larry L. Arico and Joan F. Arico, co-trustees of the Arico Family Trust.
The one-story building was sold in August 1994 for $325,000 on financing of $295,000.
The building is occupied by the Miner's Diner Restaurant and Julian Drug Store & Candy Mine building.
