Building on Carroll Canyon in Scripps Miramar Ranch sold

The 73,136-square-foot building in Scripps Miramar Ranch at 9850 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego 92131, has been sold for $8 million, cash.

The buyer was Horizon Property LLC, a California limited liability company, c/o Charles J. Todd, 5465 Morehouse Drive, Suite 260, San Diego 92121.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 363-360-28) was Horizon Christian Fellowship, a California non-profit corporation with John N. Pasich II as the vice president and John A. Laudadio as the chief financial officer.

The building was constructed in 1980 on a 9.53-acre lot at the northeast quadrant of Carroll Canyon and Interstate 15.

In July 2004, the property sold for $12.8 million with financing of $8.96 million from Ironstone Bank.
