Industrial: San Diego Performance European has leased 3,040 square feet of industrial space in Kearny Mesa at 5640 Kearny Mesa Road, Suites D and M, San Diego, 92111, from Harsch Investment. The property, leased for 51 months at $150,000, will be used for automotive repair.
The lessee was represented by Josh Burland, of Burland Commercial. The lessor was represented by Ryan Spradling, of Cassidy Turley.
The space is in the seven-building, 214,380-square-foot Cabrillo Commerce Center at 5600-5644 Kearny Mesa Road and 5555-5595 Magnatron Blvd.
The nine-building, 214,380-square-foot campus was acquired by Harsch in 2002 for $22.55 million.
In fall 2012, Helm's Brewing Company signed a lease for 3,040 square feet, bringing the Cabrillo Commerce Center to 95 percent leased at that time.
Other tenants in the center are AKW Medical Inc., with 7,273 square feet of showroom/warehouse space in late 2009 for 62 months at $402,927; The Furniture Warehouse, with 14,170 square feet of showroom/warehouse space in early 2009 for 63 months at $980,951; Sidus Solutions Inc. in early 2009, with 2,828 square feet for 36 months at $96,294; and Olhausen Game Rooms in early 2008, with 9,279 square feet for five years at $656,820.
Industrial: Pacific Healthcare Imaging has leased 2,950 square feet of industrial space at 7766 Arjons Drive, Suite A, San Diego, 92126, from Matthew Oliver. The property was leased for 39 months at $100,000.
The lessee was represented by Josh Burland, of Burland Commercial.
The lessor was represented by Bo Gibbons, of Pacific Coast Commercial.
Industrial: Vivint Solar has leased 16,196 square feet of industrial space at 27749 Colt Court, Temecula, 92590, from Colt Investment Properties LLC. The property, leased for 39 months at $402,870, will be used for a general office and warehouse for a solar company.
The lessee was represented by Mike Bench and Evan McDonald, of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by Mike Pappas, also of Colliers.
