The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 467-542-06) was 6245 Stanley LLC, a California limited liability company, with Terry D. Gulden and L. Renee Comeau as the managing members.

The gated apartment is constructed around a central courtyard with a pool.
The property was sold in November 2005 for $3,275,000, with financing of $1,835,000 from CitiBank West.
