The 25-unit Villa Nova apartment complex in the Rolando neighborhood at 6245 Stanley Ave., San Diego 92115, has been sold for $3,375,000.

The buyer was Real Asymmetry LLC, a California limited liability company 1901 First Ave., Suite 410, San Diego 92101, with Christopher J. A. Honeycutt manager.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $2,175,000 from Opus Bank's Irvine office.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 467-542-06) was 6245 Stanley LLC, a California limited liability company, with Terry D. Gulden and L. Renee Comeau as the managing members.

The two-level, 16,483-unit apartment was constructed in 1958 on a 24,394-square-foot lot.

The gated apartment is constructed around a central courtyard with a pool.

The property was sold in November 2005 for $3,275,000, with financing of $1,835,000 from CitiBank West.
