The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 446-432-27) were C&C University LLC (50 percent), Stephen Coles (25 percent) and George Coles (25 percent).
The building was constructed in 1979 on a 10,500-square-foot lot.
In April 2012, the property was sold for $1,075,000, with financing of $1,095,000 from California Bank & Trust.
