Medical park building in Vista sold

The 4,995-square-foot medical office building at 1958 Via Centre Drive, Vista 92081, in the CreekView Medical Park, has been sold for $874,125.

The buyer was CreekView Orthopedic Building LLC, with James A. Helgager and Norman Kane as member/managers, dba Orthopedic Specialist of North County Inc.

First-Citizens Bank & Trust Co. provided a construction loan of $1,177,250.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 166-054-49) was Via Centre Office Park L.P., with Mercator Duck LLC as general partner. DAXX, LLC is the managing member of Mercator. Charles A. Dunn, Jr. is a member and executive manager of DAXX and Sharon G. Dunn is a member and associate manager.

The seller was represented by Joe Holeva of Accelerated Commercial Real Estate and Mark Avila and Matty Sundberg of Cassidy Turley. The buyer was represented by Kyle Clark of Cushman & Wakefield.

The building was constructed in 2009. CreekView is a 10-acre, 12-building medical campus.
