Motel on Los Vallecitos in San Marcos sold

The 112-room Residence Inn by Marriott at 1245 Los Vallecitos Blvd., San Marcos 92069, has been sold for $15,155,00.

The buyer was BRE SSP Property Owner LLC, c/o John Thompson, WHM LLC, P.O. Box 396. Boca Raton, FL 33429. Also c/o Blackstone Real Estate Partners VII L.P., 345 Park Ave., 42nd Floor, New York, NY 10154.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 219-163-56) was Palmetto Hospitality of San Marcos LLC, a California limited liability company with Palmetto Hospitality GM LLC, as the manager. Dan C. Breeden Jr. is manager of Palmetto Hospitality GM.

The motel was constructed on 2.26 acres. A total renovation was completed in July 2010.
