The residential property consisting of seven cottages, four at 4535-4539 Palm Ave. and three at 4545-4551 Palm, La Mesa 92123, have been sold for $1.1 million.
The buyer was La Mesa Palm LLC, a California limited liability company, 4545 Murphy Canyon Road, San Diego 92123. The managers of La Mesa Palm are Raymond A. Patenaude and Melinda K. Patenaude.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $800,000 from North Island Federal Credit Union.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 494-622-02 and 03) was Michelle R. Barrick, successor trustee of the Survivor's Trust and the Family Trust under the Nicholas Family Trust.
The cottages are constructed on equal lots of 7,405 square feet.
