Earlier this year, Palomar Airport Road LLC, with Ryan Companies US Inc. as its member, sold the final office condominium at The Towers at Bressi Ranch at 6142 Innovation Way in Carlsbad 92009.
The buyer of unit K8 (assessor's parcel 213-262-13-08) was Brainard Consulting LLC. The price was $369,432. The acquisition was financed with loans of $300,000 and $240,000 from First-Citizens Bank & Trust.

Bob Willingham and Amy McNamara, of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Mickey Morera, also of Cushman & Wakefield.
Willingham and McNamara, along with their partner at the project, Ronald L. King, also of Cushman & Wakefield, were hired by Ryan as the exclusive brokers for the 21-acre business park which features approximately 160,000 square feet of office and flex/R&D space and 9.2 vacant acres.
Over the past three years, the two have sold 31 office and flex/R&D units ranging from 1,900 to more than 8,000 square feet.
In 2012, they handled the sale of the vacant acres to Alps Innovations LLC, which is developing the land as hotel sites for Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites.
The Towers at Bressi Ranch is the only LEED certified business park in the City of Carlsbad.
