The managers of Two Golfers are C. Frank Safley and David C. Abrahamson.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $1.14 from AmericanWest Bank.
The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 622-120-46) were Daniel Silva and Nettie LaJuanie-Silva, as trustees of the Silva Family Trust.
The one-story, freestanding building was constructed in 1986 on a 28,314-square-foot lot in the Big Sky Industrial Park at the southeast quadrant of Main St. (Chula Vista) and Interstate 5.
The property is under leasehold to ASI Services Inc., with Safley as the president and Abrahamson as the secretary.
The building includes 1,200 square feet of offices with four restrooms, an 18-foot clear height and four grade-level loading doors.
The lot includes an approximately 10,000-square-foot fenced parking/yard area.
The zoning allows light industrial uses with limited commercial use.
The building was sold in March 2006 for $1.49 million, with financing of $397,000 from Torrey Pines Bank.
