Building in Kearny Mesa on Convoy sold

The approximately 27,909-square-foot Convoy Business Center in Kearny Mesa at 7071 Convoy Court, San Diego 92111, has been sold for $3.84 million.

The buyer was central Data Services Inc., 8369 Vickers St., Suite S, San Diego 92111. Grace Ching-Yun Lu is president and Andrew Ping Lu is secretary of Central Data.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $2,535,000 from Wells Fargo Bank.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 356-050-12) was Self Procured Properties, a California general partnership. Michael L. Dofflemyre and William K. Dietz are the general partners of Self Procured.

Paul Lafrenz and Melissa Foster, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG), represented the seller. John Bouland and Garrett Fena, of Voit, represented the buyer.

The three-story building was constructed on a 40,946-square-foot lot in 1973 and renovated in 2012.

The property was sold in April 2004 for $4.25 million, with financing of $2 million from Column Financial.
