The five-unit apartment complex in Hillcrest at 3802-3808 Third Ave., San Diego 92103, has been sold for $1,125,000, or $225,000-per-unit, cash.

The buyer was BestWishI LLC, a California limited liability company, 4240 Trias St., San Diego 92103, Attn: Donna McLoughlin.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 452-055-23) were James B. McInnis Jr., trustee of the James B. McInnis, Jr. Revocable Trust; Michael R. McInnis; Rebecca McInnis; and Janette Gray.

The one-story approximately 2,348-square-foot apartment consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The apartment was constructed in 1924 on a 5,000-square-foot lot at the northwest corner of Third and Robinson Avenue.

In July 1989, the property was sold for $280,000 with financing of $255,000.

It was sold again in July 1998 for $310,000 with financing of $232,500.
