The 1,846-square-foot retail building in North Park at 3519-3521 30th St., San Diego 92104, has been sold for $825,000, cash.
The buyer was the PJ&S Cheng Trust, with Po-Jen Cheng and Sarah Cheng as trustees, P.O. Box 8393, Rancho Santa Fe 92067.
The seller of the property (453-413-04) was Karen Donovan.
Joe Brady and Bill Shrader, of Cushman & Wakefield's Urban Property Group, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
The building was constructed in 1916.
The property consists of a coin laundry, a two-bedroom/one-bathroom cottage, a retail studio and garden space.
Wow Wow Waffle SD recently signed a lease for the property to relocate their office and headquarters into one location.
The company will also have a small to-go bar offering waffles, hand pressed lemonades and coffee.
This summer, Wow Wow plans to install an urban lounge and garden where customers can wait while they do their laundry next door.
