Two triplexes on Pennsylvania in Escondido sold

A pair of identical triplexes at 1017-1023 and 1025-1031 E. Pennsylvania Ave., Escondido 92025, have been sold for a total $900,000 in separate transactions.

The buyer of the properties was Gregory Stein, 3877 Pell Place, No. 404, San Diego 92103.

Each property was financed with a loan of $337,500 from Guaranteed Rate Inc. of Chicago.

The sellers of both properties (assessor's parcels 230-191-03 and 04) were Bau N. and Binh T. Dang.

Both approximately 2,290-square-foot properties were constructed in 1958 on 6,969-square-foot lots.

Each apartment consists of six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The properties were sold in December 2002 for $350,000 each with financing of $300,000.
