Coldwell Banker honors two local Realtors

Coldwell Banker has awarded Dan Raphael with its International President's Circle Award and Danielle Short with its International President's Elite Award.

Raphael is an independent sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The award places him in the top 5 percent of sales professionals and top 18 percent of teams internationally for Coldwell Banker. He was presented the award by Sandra Deering, the branch manager, at the company's Residential Brokerage Company Awards Ceremony.

Short is an independent Realtor affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Rancho Santa Fe. This award places her in the top 2 percent of all Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage affiliates.

In the past, Short has also been honored as the second best independent sales associate in the Rancho Santa Fe office and has been a top 25 independent sales associate of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in San Diego since 2004. She has also been a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage President's Elite Member since 2006.
