Kilroy Centre headed to TOBY internationals

A San Diego office campus, Kilroy Centre Del Mar, has been named a Pacific Southwest regional winner of “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) in the Suburban Office Park, Low-Rise Category by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

The TOBY Awards recognize the best in commercial real estate with local, regional and international awards. The property won the local award in November.

The three- to five-story buildings throughout the campus feature 539,152 rentable square feet.

Tenants include Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FICO) at building 3 and Scripps Clinic, which operates a state-of-the-art medical office clinic at building 5.

Kilroy Centre Del Mar is a 19-acre, five-building campus built in 2002 at 3579-3811 Valley Centre Drive, San Diego. It was developed and is owned/managed by Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC). The campus affords employment for approximately 1,400 people.

Kilroy Centre will now compete in the International TOBY Awards Competition in Orlando this summer.
