Lee & Associates adds three brokers

Lee & Associates has announced the hiring of three key brokers for its San Diego office.

Erik Faucett, Stephen Willmore and Karen Johnson have joined the firm as vice presidents.

All three new hires come from Colliers International. Faucett, a graduate of University of Pacific, was previously with Colliers International and Private Capital Investments Advisors. He specializes in retail leasing and sales with an emphasis on leasing and sales of strip and neighborhood centers.

Willmore, CPM, IREM, ICSC, specializes in commercial leasing, investment sales and asset property management. A colleague of Faucett at Colliers International and Private Capital Investments Advisors, Willmore also was a broker with Insignia/ESG, The Koll Company, CBS Investment Realty, Inc., CB Richard Ellis and MeraBank Savings Bank. In addition, Willmore, a graduate of Arizona State, has served as a Court Appointed Receiver on more than 50 receivership actions through the California Superior Court system for retail, industrial, office, hotel and apartment properties.

Johnson, a specialist in industrial and office sales and leasing and tenant/buyer representation, will be focused on central and south San Diego County. She was an associates vice president with Colliers International, and previously worked with BRE/NAI, Grubb & Ellis and a purser with Norwegian Cruise Lines.
