The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 534-141-01) was Mary E. Le Friant, trustee of the Gagon Family Trust.
Jim Taylor and Shelly Bird of Sperry Van Ness|Finest City Commercial represented the buyer. Rita Lancaster-Hannah with Colliers International represented the seller.

The property was sold for $328,000 in 1999, with financing of $127,000.
