Industrial: Michael Tedesco has leased 1,110 square feet of industrial space at 1820 Oceanside Blvd., Suite C, Oceanside 92056, from Voit Oceanside Partners, LLC. The property, leased for 12 months at $1,152,444, will be used for manufacturing.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty of Colliers International.


Industrial: 32 North has leased 7,395 square feet of industrial space at 8655 Production Ave., San Diego 92121, from 8655 Production LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $385,000, will be used for a craft brewery.

The lessee was represented by Josh Burland of Burland Commercial.

The lessor was represented by Tim Gosselin and Justin Maiolo of Lee and Associates.


Industrial: Gigante Image Group Inc. has leased 3,335 square feet of industrial space at 106 Copperwood Way, Suites A and B, Oceanside 92054, from Copperwood Courtyard, LP. The property, leased for 36 months at $75,600, will be used for flex space.

The lessee was represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by McFadyen and Crotty.

In April 2011, Gigante Image leased 1,900 square feet of industrial space at 110 Copperwood Way, Suite D, for 36 months at $49,821, as an office and warehouse for a photography production company. Crotty and McFadyen also represented all parties.


Industrial: Griffcomm Corp. has leased 1,196 square feet of industrial space at 1818 Peacock Blvd., Suite E, Oceanside 92056, from Voit Oceanside Partners, LLC. The property, leased for 18 months at $19,128, will be used for manufacturing.

The lessee was represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty of Colliers International. The lessor was represented by McFadyen and Crotty.
