Apartment in Solana Beach on Stevens sold

The two-building, nine-unit apartment complexes at 718-724 Stevens Ave. and 726-732 Stevens Ave., Solana Beach 92075, have been sold for $3.01 million, cash.

The buyer was Cattail Properties, LLC, a Nevada corporation, 15560 N. Frank L. Wright Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260.

The seller of the properties (assessor's parcels 298-164-10 and 13) was GS Coastal Properties Inc. Gloria Sanchez is president of GS Coastal.

The five-unit building at 718-724 Stevens was sold for $1.7 million. The four units at 726-732 Stevens were sold for $1.31 million. Both apartments are on separate 16,552-square-foot lots.

The properties are located west of Interstate 5.
