Colliers adds new brokers to Carlsbad team

The Carlsbad office of Colliers International has announced that Amy McNamara, Marc Posthumus and John Hoffmann have joined the firm as vice presidents.

Each of the recruits were most recently from Cushman & Wakefield.

McNamara specializes in the leasing and sales of high-rise, mid-rise, and garden office and medical properties. She brings more than more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has completed more than $213 million worth of sales transactions alone. Some of McNamara's notable clients include Wells Fargo Bank, New York Life Insurance Co., NuVision Credit Union, Suburban Water Systems, AMC, Rockefeller Group Development Corp., and Ryan Cos. US Inc.

Posthumus brings more than 15 years experience specializing in office, industrial, and R & D properties. He has completed more than 400 transactions and leased or sold more than $300 million worth of commercial property. His notable clients include Excel Trust, Barnhart-Reese Construction and Pacific Western Bank.

Hoffmann specializes in office, medical, and R&D sales and leasing in North San Diego County including the Interstate 5 and Highway 78 corridor markets. He as more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, having successfully negotiated more than 1,000 leases and sold more than 30 properties totaling more than 1.4 million square feet. Some major projects Hoffmann has represented include Carlsbad Corporate Plaza, Genesis Corporate Center, Ocean Ridge, Palomar Triad, One Carlsbad Research Center, Opus Corporate Center, HCP Estates, and Palomar Oaks Technology Park.
