BofA leases in Fallbrook

Retail: Bank of America has leased 8,800 square feet of retail space in the Fallbrook Towne Centre at 1125 S. Main St., Fallbrook 92028, from Fallbrook Plaza, LLC. The property, leased for 60 months at $1,016,400, triple net, will be used for a retail bank branch.

The lessee was represented by Kevin Breen of Jones Lang LaSalle. The lessor was represented by Don Zech of CDC Commercial Inc.


Retail: A&T Telecomm Inc. has leased 1,080 square feet of retail space at 9610 Winter Gardens Blvd., Suite C, Lakeside 92040, from Pacific Investing Development Corp. The property, leased for 36 months at $400,459, triple net, will be used for a Boost Mobile store.

The lessee was represented by Saad Hallak of Premier Realty & Investments. The lessor was represented by Nick Zech and Matt Orth of CDC Commercial Inc.


Retail: AVID Behavioral Program Corp. has leased 3,900 square feet of retail space at 562 W. Grand Ave., Escondido 92025, from Sam and Mona Abed. The property, leased for 24 months at $260,232, triple net, will be used for a behavorial program.

The lessee was represented by Don Zech and Matt Orth of CDC Commercial. The lessor was represented by Zech and Orth.


Industrial: Mallory's of San Diego Inc. has leased 3,850 square feet of industrial space at 5227 Riley St., San Diego 92110, from Hazard Jr. Ent. LP. The property, leased for 18 months at $91,440, lease extension, will be used for a furniture store warehousing.

The lessee represented itself. The lessor was represented by Julius Paeske of CFI.


Retail: Anmar Daoud has leased 1,890 square feet of retail space at 9610 Winter Gardens Blvd., Suite AB, Lakeside, 92040, from Pacific Investing Development Corp. The property, leased for 36 months at $77,112, triple net, will be used for a clothing store.

The lessee was represented by Nick Zech and Matt Orth of CDC Commercial Inc.The lessor was represented by Zech and Orth.


Office: Trillium Health Care Inc. has leased 1,120 square feet of office space at 239 S. Juniper St., Escondido 92025, from Roick Beatrice A; Stuart Estrelle M Tr. The property, leased for 39 months at $47,773, gross, will be used for a pharmacy.

The lessee was represented by Don Zech and Matt Orth of CDC Commercial. The lessor was represented by Zech and Orth.
