Residential units on Whittier in Loma Alta sell

The three residential units in Loma Alta at 4282-4284 Whittier St., San Diego 92017, have been sold for $1,175,000.

The buyer was Alisa V. Trejo, 915 Hawthorne Ave. Carlsbad 92011.

The acquisition was financed with a private party loan of $275,000.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 449-270-02) were NLJ LLC (65 percent) and LNSJ LLC (35 percent). Both are California limited liability companies. Authorized signers were Noel Quintana for NLJ and Linda Watts for LNSJ.

The one-story, approximately 2,255-square-foot apartment was constructed on a 9,522-square-foot lot at Whittier and Banning Street.

The units consist of five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The property was sold in August 2003 for $615,000, with seller financing of $492,000.
