Residential lots on Rainbow Ridge in Encinitas sold

A pair of vacant residential lots at 1403 and 1405 Rainbow Ridge Lane, Encinitas 92024, have been sold for $1,637,500, cash. The lots are 1 acre and 1.53 acres, respectively.

The buyer was McCullough Design & Development Inc., 10531 4S Commons Drive, Suite 700, San Diego 92127. Monty McCullough signed for the buyer.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 254-181-23 and 24) was Rainbow Ridge Estates LLC, a California limited liability company. Christopher Swortwood and Lawrence Holland signed for the seller.

In the subsequent transaction, McCullough Design, a custom design-build homebuilder, sold the one-acre lot at 1403 Rainbow Ridge to the Palmer Family Trust, with Christopher Richard Palmer and Thea Marie Palmer as trustees, for $750,000, cash.
