The acquisition was financed with a loan of $750,000 from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).
The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 415-421-18) were Cathy Lee Rogowski and John H. Lee.
The apartment was constructed in 1970 on a 3,123-square-foot lot.
The approximately 3,741-square-foot apartment consists of six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The property was sold for $1,175,000 in June 2012. Previously, in the fall of 2007, the property was sold for $1.12 million.
