Two office buildings in Poway sold

The office buildings at 12751 Poway Road and 13206 Carriage Road in Poway 92064, have been sold for $1.55 million.

The Carriage Road property is a vacant 5,068-square-foot medical and office building built in 1991, and the Poway Road building is 5,708 square feet.

The buyer was Poway Carriage Properties LLC, 12751 Poway Road, Poway. Stan Kaminski is the manager of Poway Carriage, and William Lucey and William Recicot are members.

The acquisition was financed with loans of $884,966 and $707,972 from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).

The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 317-490-04, 06 and 07) was Poway Carriage Road LLC, with Kevin J. McNamara as the managing member.

The buyer was represented by Mike Foster, of Foster & Company, and Barbara Merkley. The seller was represented by John Jennings, of Cushman & Wakefield Retail Advisors and Marc Posthumus, of Colliers International.
