Building in University Heights on Adams sold

The 6,500-square-foot retail property in University Heights at 3015-3021 Adams Ave., San Diego 92116, has been sold for $1.71 million, cash.

The buyers were Diego Davis Associates LLC, a California limited liability company with Sarah Cheng managing member, P.O. Box 8393, Rancho Santa Fe 92067 (50 percent) and Jeffrey H. Lin and Paulina Y. Lin, as trustees of the Lin Family Trust, 2328 Rue De Anne, La Jolla 92037 (50 percent).

The seller of the property (446-021-02) was Malva Properties LLC, with Bashar Goro as the managing member.

The buyer was represented by Joe Brady and Bill Shrader, of Cushman & Wakefield's Urban Property Group, which has also been retained for leasing.

The seller was represented by David Cutler, of Pacific Coast Commercial.

The property was sold to Malva in mid-2008 for $1.2 million, with financing of $1.18 million from Temecula Valley Bank.
