NAIOP to discuss office development future

NAIOP San Diego will be hosting a breakfast seminar focused on "Shaping the Future of Office Development" at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 12 at the Marriott Del Mar in Del Mar Heights.

Moderated by Steve Center of Cushman & Wakefield, the session will include Dan Ryan of Alexandria Real Estate Equities (NYSE: ARE), Dennis Cruzan of Cruzan, Rob Lankford of Lankford & Associates, Mike McNerney of Lowe Enterprises, and Paul Twardowski of Hines.

The session will include major office development plans, location and amenity trends, development perspective from idea to occupancy, and the next generation of office development.

The cost is $45 for members; $80 for non-members; $500 for a table of 10; and free for NAIOP sponsors.

Pre-registration ends Friday, June 6. After the deadline, all registration will be $100 at the door.
