Coco's building in Kearny Mesa sold

The approximately 3,900-square-foot Coco's Bakery and Restaurant building at 7398 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego 92111, has been sold for $2.73 million, cash, or $700-per-square-foot.

The buyer was Fairbanks Trail LLC, a California limited liability company, 5208 Del Mar Mesa Road, San Diego 92130.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 356-040-50) was USA Properties Inc., with Michael Kucinski as the president.

Justin Earley, vice president of Capital Real Estate Ventures Inc., represented both parties.

The building has occupied its 23,087-square-foot lot since 1972. Coco's renewed its lease in 2013 for 15 more years.
