Holder, Lewkowitz join Colliers

Chris Holder and Mark Lewkowitz have joined Colliers International's San Diego Region office, where they will specialize in industrial sales and leasing between Otay Mesa and Interstate 8. Both were most recently affiliated with Cushman & Wakefield.

Holder will join Colliers as a senior vice president. A 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Holder has worked with such clients as IRE Development, LBA Realty, TA Realty, First Industrial, Prologis, Sanyo, Sony and Continental Maritime.

He is a member of the Otay Mesa Planning Group, Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce, and the South County Economic Development Council.

Lewkowitz, who has more than seven years of experience, will join the Colliers team as an associate vice president. His notable clients include Westside Building Materials, Amee Bay,Tecnio,IRE Development and Frasers Boiler.
