Chula Vista mixed center on H sold

The 20,540-square-foot, mixed-use Chula Vista Bay Center at 627-645 H St., Chula Vista 91910, has been sold for $5.35 million.

The buyer was HDAZ LLC, a California limited liability company, 4955 Voltaire St., San Diego 92107. Alaa Jamel Assy is the managing member of HDAZ, and Dhahir Assi and Hatem J. Zetouna are members.

The one-story, two-building, L-shaped strip center was constructed in 1974 on 1.49 acres.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 567-200-41) was CLV Properties LLC, a California limited liability company with William D. Lynch as the manager.

Tenants include Cricket Communications, which leased 2,688 square feet in fall 2010 for 5 years at $399,588.
