The acquisition was financed with a loan of $725,000 from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).
The sellers of the property (424-041-06) were John D. Meihls and Janet Lee Meihls, successor co-trustees of the Residential Trust under the Meihls Family 1986 Trust.
The property was listed by Philip Buckley, of CBRE (NYSE: CBG).
