The buyer was Bressi Towers Investments LLC, a California limited liability company, c/o Keith Mottus, 3468 Rich Field Drive, Carlsbad 92010.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcels 213-262-13-04 and 05) was Palomar Airport Road LLC, with Ryan Companies US Inc. as the managing member.
The buyer was represented by Michael McFarland, of Cardinal Industrial San Diego. The seller was represented by Bob Willingham, of Cushman & Wakefield.
The two condos total 6,222 square feet and are located within the LEED-certified Bressi Ranch Corporate Center.
