It is instead a seven-unit multifamily property, according to CoStar Group (Nasdaq: CSGP).
Originally a single-family home, the property was converted into an apartment consisting of a pair of two-bedroom units, two one-bedroom units and three studios.
The property also has two addresses, the other being 2465 Albatross St.
