Building on Nancy Ridge in biz park sold

The two-story, approximately 7,000-square-foot light industrial/flex unit in Sorrento Mesa at 6331 Nancy Ridge Drive, San Diego 92121, in the El Camino Business Park, has been sold for $1.1 million.

The buyer was EXEXPM LLC, a California limited liability company, 6042 Cornerstone Court West, San Diego 92121. Qingbei "Bill" Yang is the managing member of EXEXPM and Aiping Zhang is the member.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $825,000 from Wells Fargo Bank.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 343-311-06) was The Nancy Ridge Group, with Norbert J. Mayer as the managing partner.

The 20-unit business park at 6313-6397 Nancy Ridge (assessor's parcels 343-311-01 through 20) was constructed in 1984.

In November 1991, the property went through foreclosure on a trustee's deed for $378,181.
