The buyer was Shivers Holdings LLC, 3231-C Business Park Drive, Suite 300, Vista 92081, a California limited liability company with Daniel A. Shaver and Karina S. Shaver members.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $655,200 from Bank of America (NYSE: BAC).
The sellers of the property were Robert Harry Batsford and Helga Cummings Batsford, trustees of the Robert Harry Batsford and Helga Cummings Batsford Revocable Trust.
C. Williams, of Colliers International, represented the buyer.
Boyle/Erwin/Hohenstein, also of Colliers, represented the seller.
The unit consists of built-out office/showroom and warehouse/storage space.
