Vacant lots in Encinitas on Union sold

Three vacant lots, totaling 2.41 acres on Union Street in Encinitas 92024, have been sold for $1.05 million, cash.

The lots (two zoned for growing houses and one vacant residential) are on the north side of Union between Interstate 5 and the home at 602 Union (assessor's parcels 256-171-16, 16 and 18).

The buyer was New Pointe Investment 28 LLC, a California limited liability company, 16880 W. Bernardo Drive, Suite 3230, San Diego 92127, with New Pointe Communities Inc. as the manager. Scot C. Sandstrom is president of New Point Communities.

The sellers were Eric Larson, as sole successor trustee of the Larson Bypass Trust (38.33 percent) and Lola R. Larson, as trustee of the Larson Survivor's Trust (61.67 percent).

The lots have a final map and city-approved road improvement plan on a dead-end street.
