Apartment on Hamilton in North Park sold

The nine-unit apartment complex in North Park at 3917-3931 Hamilton St., San Diego 92104, has been sold for $1,425,000.

The buyer was Hillcrest Hale LLC, 3727 Fourth Ave., Suite C, San Diego 92103. Curtis N. Ginther is the manager of Hillcrest Hale.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $892,000 from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM).

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 445-701-11) was Michael R. Gonzales.

Terry Moore, of ACI Apartments, represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Brian Barnard and Tom McCartin, of Marcus & Millichap, (NYSE: MMI).

The property consists of nine individual cottages; eight are one-bath and one is two-bath/one-bedroom. All units also include private yards.

The cottages total 4,488 square feet of living space and were constructed in 1924 on a 14,000-square-foot lot. The lot includes four garages and 10 additional off-street spaces.
