Condo unit in SD sold

The approximately 1,977 commercial condominium unit 108 on the ground floor of the eight-story, 77-unit Nexus residential condo at 875 G St., San Diego 92101, in the East Village has been sold for $755,000.

The buyer was The Dannecker Family Trust with Chadrick J. Dannecker and Heather A. Dannecker, trustees, 877 Island Ave., Suite 705, San Diego 92101..

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $469,128 from Grandpoint Bank.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 535-104-09-02) was OliverMcmillanFoster G9th LLC, a California limited liability company with William P. Persky as the chief financial officer and secretary.

Steve Avoyer, Chris Carter and Matt Peckham, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.

“We will be opening a residential real estate company, focusing on downtown real estate, in August," Chad Dannecker said. "We are really pleased to have an office presence in the East Village neighborhood. Our agents live and work downtown so it's great to have representation in multiple downtown neighborhoods."
