The approximately 65,046-square-foot industrial property in Sorrento Mesa at 7455-7465 Carroll Road, San Diego 92121, has been sold for $8 million.

The buyer was Lindisfarne Capital LLC, a California limited liability company, P.O. Box 1553, Solana Beach 92075, attn: George Percy.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $5,167,500 through Derek J. Adams and Pete Carr, at California Bank & Trust.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 343-100-36) was Drake West LLC, a California limited liability company. Robert P. Papera is the manager of Drake West.

The one-story building occupies 4.59 acres.

The property was sold in October 2001 for $4,669,000, with financing from First National Bank of $3,283,000 and $882,000.
