The Roosevelt Apartments, a 10-unit apartment property at 3366 Roosevelt St., Carlsbad 92008, has been sold for $1.75 million.
The buyer was Glenn L. Goldman, trustee of the Glenn L. Goldman Family Trust, c/o Chamberlain Property Management, 2653 Roosevelt St., Suite D, Carlsbad 92008.
The acquisition was financed with a loan of $945,000 from JPMorgan Chase Bank (NYSE: JPM), through Ann Block.
The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 204-092-24) was Bradley Family Rentals LLC, with Eric De Jong as the manager. The seller is using the proceeds to complete an IRC 1031 tax deferred exchange.
Ray Adams, of Cassidy Turley, represented both the buyer and seller. Escrow services were provided by Teresa McElaney, of Chicago Title.
