Math Prime leases space

Retail: Math Prime LLC has leased 1,287 square feet of retail space at Del Mar Highlands Town Center, 3435 Del Mar Heights Road, Suite 100, San Diego, 92130, from Del Mar Highlands Town Center II LLC. The property was leased for 36 months at $206,920.

The lessee was represented by Shirley Kanamu and Vince Provenzano, of Pacific Coast Commercial. The lessor was represented by Phil Lyos, of Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate.


Industrial: Daniel J. Teta and Nick Planting have leased 4,160 square feet of industrial space at 3210 Production Ave., Suite D, Oceanside, 92054, from MAJ Investors. The property, leased for 25 months at $65,868, will be used for flex space.

The lessee and lessor were represented by McFayen, Witherall and Boyle, of Colliers International.

In fall 2012, Blue World Industries Inc. leased 4,160 square feet at 3210 Production for 24 months at $54,912, for a woodworking shop.


Industrial: Mason Dyer has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 456 Via Del Norte, Oceanside, 92054, from MWJ Holdings, LP. The property, leased for 24 months at $37,032, will be used for flex space.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.
