Casa De Amparo in Oceanside

Industrial: Casa De Amparo has leased 3,476 square feet of industrial space at 4061 Oceanside Blvd., Suites F and U, Oceanside 92056, from MAJ Investors. The property, leased for 36 months at $123,252, will be used for manufacturing.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.


Industrial: Family Health Centers of San Diego has leased 1,499 square feet of industrial space at 3375 Mission Ave. Suite F, Oceanside 92054, from Copperwood Partners LP. The property, leased for 24 years at $31,476, will be used for flex space.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen and Joe Crotty of Colliers International.


Retail: Izzy Enterprises Inc. has leased 1,120 square feet of retail space in Valley Plaza, a 23,374-square-foot strip center at 3320 Mission Ave., Suite F, Oceanside, 92054, from RJ Land Company LP. The property, leased for 31 months at $23,660, will be used for a street front.

The lessee and lessor were represented by Josh McFadyen, of Colliers International.

Other tenants in Valley Plaza are Tieu V. Nguyen, with 1,280 square feet in mid-2013 for 36 months at $47,472; Old Dragon Kung Fu, with 2,240 square feet in early 2011 for 60 months at $112,745; Maria Liz Holandez and Maria Cecilia Holandez, with 2,560 square feet in early 2010 for 24 months at $62,976 for a restaurant, subsequently renewed in late 2012 for 36 months at $94,920; and Davina's, with 2,226 square feet in early for 60 months at $146,916, for a restaurant.
