House/office in Little Italy on Union sold

The 1,900-square-foot, four-bedroom/two-bathroom house in Little Italy at 1620 Union St., San Diego 92101, has been sold for $985,000.

The house was constructed in 1888, remodeled in 2000 and is now an office property. The building occupies a 5,000-square-foot lot.

The buyer was James Black, 3785 Sixth Ave., PMB 101-106, San Diego 92103.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 533-353-11) were William Petterson (50 percent) and David Z. Bark, trustee of The Nancy H. Bark Credit Shelter Trist (25 percent) and as trustee of The Bark Family Trust (25 percent).

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $935,000 from Bark.
