Retail Center in Bonsall on Mission sold

The approximately 30,815-square-foot Bonsall Village Center at 5517-5527 Mission Road, Bonsall 92003, has been sold for $5.15 million, cash.

The buyer was Sam Hariz, 10357 Winnetka Ave., Chatsworth 91311.

In addition to financing each of the units, First Republic Bank (NYSE: FRC) provided a construction loan of $810,000.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 126-230-56) was The Pozzuoli Family Limited Partnership, a Nevada limited partnership.

The center was constructed in 1988 on 2.85 acres.
