Newly renovated triplex in OB on Abbott sold

The recently renovated triplex in Ocean Beach at 2033-2035 Abbott St., San Diego 92107, has been sold for $827,000.

The buyer was Dak Ang Yeng, 1853 Venice St., San Diego 92106.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $620,250 from Homestreet Bank.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 448-101-36) was Leonard W. Tobey.

Michelle Sanchez, at Renovation Realty, represented the seller. Judy Slaten, at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, represented the buyer.

Originally constructed in 1954, the two-story property was substantially upgraded for the seller by Renovation Realty.

The cosmetic work included updated kitchens and baths, and new exterior paint.

The triplex was sold in July 1980 for $132,000, with financing of $90,000.
