Apartment in Kensington on Terrace sold

The four-unit apartment property in Kensington at 4553-4559 Terrace Drive, San Diego 92116, has been sold for $1,069,500.

The buyers were Ronald R. Bamberger (51 percent), and Phillip S. and Karen Beth Ladman (49 percent), 16909 W. Bernardo Drive, San Diego 92127.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $801,800 from NYCB Mortgage Company LLC.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 454-712-04) were Michael and Michelle Tsutsui, Joel A. and Leslie T. Roos, and Steven E. and Jacqueline D. West.

In February 1999, the property was sold for $385,000 with financing of $308,000 from Washington Mutual Bank.

In December 1987, the property was also sold for $385,000, with financing of $248,000.

The two-story, approximately 5,856-square-foot apartment was constructed in 1986 on a 6,000-square-foot lot. The lot also has off-street tandem parking in front.
