Buildings on Borra Place in Escondido sold, resold

The two industrial buildings at 950 Borra Place (28,044 square feet) and 955 Borra Place (34,860 square feet), Escondido 92029, have been sold for $7,831,000.

The buyer was Meridian Tampa LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 3405 Highland Drive, Suite 100, Carlsbad 92008. Michael Kalscheur is the manager of Meridian Tampa.

The acquisition included a loan of $2.34 million from Western Alliance Bank, secured by 950 Borra Place. That building was constructed in 1996 on a 1.06-acre lot.

The sellers of the buildings (232-051-33 and 34) were 950 Borra Place LLC and 955 Borra Place, both with Jean-Louis Paroz and Rosemarie Paroz as members.

Meridian Tampa then sold the building at 955 Borra Place to Warren A. Gunter and Janet Schaaf-Gunter, as trustees of the Gunter Family Trust for $5.1 million. That building was constructed in 1991 on a 1.66-acre lot.

That acquisition was financed with a loan of $2 million from Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach.

A tenant in 950 Borra is LISI Medical Jeropa Inc., a manufacturer of medical instrument and dental implants, since March 2012.
