Strip center on Lake Murray in La Mesa sold

The 42,634-square-foot strip retail center at 6101-6193 Lake Murray Blvd., La Mesa 91942, has been sold for $7.1 million.

The buyer was Lake Murray Center LLC, a California limited liability company, 7646 Girard Ave., La Jolla 92037. Gerald M. Rudick is the manager of Lake Murray Center.

The acquisition was financed with a loan of $4.97 million from North Island Financial Credit Union.

The sellers of the property (assessor's parcel 485-220-02) were John Raymond Abendroth and Elsie Ann Abendroth, co-trustees of the John Raymond Abendroth and Elsie Ann Abendroth Family Trust (one-half interest) and William H. Rienstra and Syndey A. Rienstra, trustees of the Rienstra Family Trust (one-half interest).

The strip center occupies a 4.81-acre lot.
